So, at the end of part 2, I ended my third day in Shanghai by walking around East Nanjing Road. I was so tired from going out all day so I decided not to wake up too early the next day, which was happen to be my last full day in Shanghai.
This is another overdue post of my trip to Shanghai. You may read the first part here.
My third day in Shanghai started with a nice stroll around my hostel. I woke up early in the morning and decided to quickly get ready and leave the hostel because I felt excited to wander around. It was around 7 in the morning and although there was not much to see in the area that I was staying in, I managed to grab some delicious breakfast on the go!
Last week I went to Bali with my family. By family, I mean not only my mum and brother, but also my cousins and aunt. In total, there were 3 families that went. My family, my cousin and his wife, my aunt, another cousin with his wife, and little daughter. We used to go on a family holiday at least once a year when our dads were still alive, back when we were kids. But as we grow up, we rarely go on a holiday together due to various reasons. So, this holiday was the first in many many years. We were so excited!
Although long overdue, this series will tell you about my recent trip to Shanghai and why I think my experience is surprisingly amazing! I came there with little expectation but left already wanting to come back 🙂
Last month a dream came true – I finally made it to my 6th Disneyland destination! Going to Disneyland has always been a family affair for me, since I visited all 5 with family. Early last year, I made a plan to take my mum and brother to HK Disneyland. I thought that will be my final Disneyland and I wanted to visit all before I turn 30. But then after I purchased the flight tickets for my family to Hong Kong, I read that Shanghai Disneyland was going to be opened in June! Whaaaat… I felt a bit sad because then I would not be able to visit all Disneylands before I turn 30. Nevertheless, I had a good time in Hong Kong and was able to keep my desire to go to Shanghai for awhile.
Last week I went to Coldplay “A Head Full of Dreams” Singapore Concert and it was awesome! Here’s my story…
When Coldplay announced that they are coming to Singapore, (almost) everybody that I knew went crazy. It’s a shame that Indonesia did not make it to their Asia tour list, but Singapore is an easy option for us Indonesians. Concert tickets were not as expensive and there are many ways to get there.
